My name is Kameryn and I am a Makeup Artist located in the Hudson Valley NY area! I started playing around with makeup when I was 12 years old, and my passion just grew from there. I watched endless YouTube tutorials, and always had hundreds of Pinterest pins of makeup looks to try. At the age of 15 I was fortunate enough to be asked to work with some experienced and talented Makeup Artists/Stylists that I learned a lot from and who helped mold me into the artist I am today. In 2018, I graduated from Capri Cosmetology with an NYS Esthetic License and MUD Makeup Certification. Since then, I've also received training and certifications in Temptu PRO Airbrushing, Sugar Lash lifts, Bella Lash extensions, and countless skincare and makeup courses to further my education.
I've always been obsessed with all things Audrey Hepburn & 50s style. I love the simple, clean, and polished looks they would wear back then, and feel it has inspired the looks I love to create the most today. It was also the inspiration for my logo and branding! I wanted my brand to to represent that vintage and classic style that will always be timeless and forever have a place in my heart. One of my favorite quote's of Audrey's is " Beauty is being the best possible version of yourself inside and out." At KMR Makeup I strive to help my brides look and feel their very best not only as your makeup artist but as your friend through the whole wedding process and especially wedding day!
